Matching Market — themed matching

- Topic — choose the product category that fills the shelves.
- Array Size — how many items appear on the shelves (1–10).
- Targets — open the Targets panel to pick which products the customer can ask for.
- ⚙ Settings — animation tier (full / light / minimal), captions, prompts, and more.
Set Topic, Array Size, and Targets, then tap Start.
